Our passenger charter
We are down to earth, practical and do what we say we are going to do. We challenge the norm, develop creative solutions and implement change that lasts. We believe that life is too short to be miserable, so our ultimate aim is to make peoples’ lives more happy and fulfilled!
To walk this talk we will:
Only work on projects we enjoy and where we add something
Money does not excite us. Learning does, so we will not waste time doing things we don’t enjoy. Similarly we know what we are good at, and stick to it.
Share ideas freely
There is no such thing as a unique idea, just new combinations of old ones. Ideas breed ideas, so we give them freely. The more ideas we give the more we receive, and so the more we learn.
Keep it real
Understanding the theory is great, but being able to apply that theory in simple and effective ways is what really counts. Balance is crucial. What is important to us may not be important to others.
Help people find their own answers
We all behave logically in our reality. If we cannot make sense of new ideas in our own world they will not stick.
Challenge the way things are done
Traditional business models are outdated. True partnership amongst equals where winning is measured in much more than money is the way forward.
Leave the world better than we found it
Not sure we know how exactly, but the commitment is there. For now we will start the big journey with some small steps and just try to make a few more people smile.
